REVL runs three unique training programs, purpose built to help you look good & move well.
Strong sessions are run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a central focus around challenging the body with higher loads, near maximal – maximal efforts and a strong work ethic.
Programming is goal orientated to improve performance whilst decreasing the risk of injury.
Lean sessions are run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday alongside Strong.
Programming is female orientated with a large focus on posterior chain strength and core stability. As with all programs, progressive overload and a strong work ethic is always encouraged when training for a specific goal.
Our Foundation Membership is a “Flexi” membership option, with unlimited access to our signature REVL classes. Strong, Lean, Fit.
Your regular, weekly billing will not commence until your second week at REVL West End.
